Free Assessment & Trial
A 30-minute session going over a few exercises, and performance measurement test. This is Free once every 6 months whether purchasing services or not.

30-Minute Sessions
30 minutes of a personalized workout by your trainer who will demonstrate exercises, offer recommendations, state needed corrections, answer questions and help motivate you through your workout.

60-Minute Sessions
60 minutes to meet all your personal training needs in one session with a trainer who will demonstrate, state form corrections and motivate you through the entire customized session, ensuring your fitness goals are met.
